Ah, sweet satisfaction
Ya know when you're driving along, minding your own business, and someone cuts you off so you have to slam on your brakes, and you wonder where the heck the cops are when you need them? Well, today I didn't have to wonder. I was going to pick Weston up from his rotation at the hospital, and as I was crossing an intersection, a car failed to stop at their red light and made a right turn directly in front of me, forcing me to slam on my brakes (and lay on my horn). Then, oh miracle of miracles, a police car pulled out in back of me with his lights flashing. Now, normally this would make my heart race a little bit, but this time I knew who he was after. I moved over to let him pass and he pulled over the oblivious driver. I don't think I have ever gotten so much satisfaction out of someone else's misfortune in my life. So, I'd just like to thank that police officer for being in the right place at the right time. You made my day :o)
